French Retreat | Architectural Digest
This luxurious Bengaluru home is neoclassical with a hint of India modern. A 5,300-square-foot Bengaluru home gets a neoclassical makeover with a modern touch, under the intuitive eye of local architecture and interior studio Architecture Saga. “The client wanted a sense of grandeur throughout the entire space,” expresses principal architect Ruthvik Prakash, who worked on the project with designer Kruthika Prasad.

Avinya | Buildofy
A serene 1,500 sq.ft. residence in Bengaluru, Avinya transforms the constraints of a compact plot into an open, light-filled sanctuary. Designed for a family of four, this home sits on a 30’ x 50’ site facing a quiet neighborhood park and anchored by a towering Spathodea tree. Rooted in Bangalore’s Garden City ethos, the house is a reflection of tropical modernism, merging nature, light, and thoughtful spatial planning in a seamless flow.

Modern Oasis | Architect and Interiors India
Revel in nostalgia with the artful comfort of this 4BHK Bengaluru home, crafted for retired living. The client’s brief—“to keep it clean, simple, and homely”—served as a guiding ethos, aiming to blend contemporary design with nostalgic elements reflective of their ancestral home. The design style employed in this project can be aptly described as a blend of Indian and Modern aesthetics.

Avinya | Volume Zero
Located in the quiet lanes of South Bengaluru, the Avinya Residence explores how a compact city plot can still offer a spacious and connected living experience. Built on a 30' x 50' east-facing site that overlooks a calm neighbourhood park, the house is introduced by a tall Spathodea tree near the entrance. This strong and familiar presence sets the tone for a home that blends openness and privacy.

Nenapu | Volume Zero
Nenapu - where the traveler’s memories goes into the album and experience the traditional Architecture. “Nenapu” villa in the home town of famous poet Rashtra Kavi Kuvempu, Thirthahalli is set amongst a 30-acre wooded property in the Western Ghats. The first visual of the site was that of towering Rubber trees forming the skyline to the North with the site sloping towards the North West.

The Haven | Volume Zero
Set amidst the lush coffee plantations of Chikkamagaluru, this 3,500 sq ft residence is designed as a calm, climate-responsive home for a family of three, with occasional visits from extended family. Rooted in the principles of tropical modernism, the house responds sensitively to its context—both natural and cultural—while maintaining a simple, functional planning approach guided by vastu.
